It is a guided meditation keeping you in the "going to sleep stage". There is evidence yoga nidra reduces stress but also helps you change your habits, gives you confidence and helps you reach your goals. It is the easiest of the yoga practices and has so many positive benifits! NOTE: YOU MUST BE IN A QUIET PLACE TO GET THE BEST OF THE PRACTICE. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO USE YOUR HEADPHONES FOR THIS PRACTICE.
