Too often we overlook what is important! POSTURE, DEEP CORE, BALANCE and MOBILITY. It will also help reduce your risk of injury. Combining 'John Pilates' classic repertory of movements and more contemporary ones, we can address any requirements you may have.

Pilates is also incredibly beneficial if you suffer from BACK PROBLEMS, ARTHRITIS, OSTEOPOROSIS, TENNIS ELBOW, and many other orthopedic conditions.

Be it on a mat, a reformer or a tower/cadillac, I will address your requirement and challenge you where andwhen needed. I also use small equipment such as fitness circles, bender balls, weighted balls or blocks to spice it up!
