HATHA YOGA: 

Combining the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which helps bring peace of mind & body. Each asana has its own set of virtues and is revealed while holding it for different period of times. It includes Prayanama practice (breathing exercises).

YOGA NIDRA:

It is a guided meditation keeping you in the "going to sleep stage". There is evidence yoga nidra reduces stress but also helps you change your habits, gives you confidence and helps you reach your goals. It is the easiest of the yoga practices and has so many positive benefits! NOTE: YOU MUST BE IN A QUIET PLACE TO GET THE BEST OF THE PRACTICE. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO USE YOUR HEADPHONES FOR THIS PRACTICE.

YIN YOGA:

Yin yoga is a combination of Chinese medicine and hatha yoga. It is amazing to not only stretch in depth but also improve the range of movement at the targetted joints. It uses props such as cushions or blocks, very easy to find if you take the course online and you are at home. It feels wonderful and is open to all levels, for everyone.

BREATHWORK:

Pranayama, 4th limb of Yoga, it is an amazing practice working with the breath. It is an very deep way to reset the energy and activity in the brain, reduce stress and anxiety but also help with many other aspects, such as lung capacity, digestion, body temperature regulations, hormonal control, etc. Just get in touch for further details
